Order Payments

Just a little reminder to all!!
No-one has done this so don't panic but I wanted to make sure everyone was clear on the rules as Usborne are hotting up on checking for this sort of thing...
Under no circumstance must one organiser use another organisers credit/debit card to pay for any part or all of an order. Very often we will ask each other to get us some bits on the next order placed-please make sure that you pay for these items by cash or cheque between you. There is absolutely no situation whereby one organisers card can be used on another organisers order.Even if people are in different teams or even divisions-Usborne do check and will not tolerate it!
Hope I don't sound like too much of an ogre-I just wanted to be sure everyone understands.Don't want any of our lot getting into problems !
