I have done my team leader express! Thanks to Debbie doing her flying start step 1 today. I think I am going to choose exec club for next season, especially as it will be for 6 months this time! I will miss the discounted books this season though as I really like them but never mind.

Step 3 is surely in the bag!! You flew through-well done you! What a star!!

Update on TLX - I have done my TLX 2 today thanks to Lynda.

Just thought I would keep you up to date with my team leader express. I have done my step one today! Lots of recruiting goodies on their way to me now. With this free kit I'm hoping the other 2 will be easy. I have already recruited one more person but they have not yet done their Flying Start One yet. Fingers crossed.

Thanks Jen. One of my ladies who i thought had already sent her agreement form into the office phoned me this evening to ask where she sends it. Thought I had her and one other to get me most of the way there! Please, please send that form in!!!! I think this is one of the most frustrating things about this job - waiting for new people to appear on your geneology!

Thanks Elaine. I hope I can do it as i really want to be in exec club for the lead up to christmas. I am planning on Usborne paying for my christmas. I really want to splash out this christmas and I think if I work hard I'll manage it.

As some of you may already know, I qualified as team leader in July. That means, as of today, I am on my Team Leader Express. I have 12 weeks to recruit 3 people, one of which has to be within the first 3 weeks. If I am successful I will be in the Exec Club for the next season. This in my eyes is a must as I love all the extras that come with being in Exec. I will keep you posted on my progress. I hopefully have 2 already but I never count my chickens until that application form has reached the office and they have appeared on my system! I have learnt my lesson as far as that goes! Well, wish me luck guys.
