Had a last min job for tommorow come in about an hour ago so i've got my work cut out for me to get organised!!! I phoned up for it a good few weeks ago but someone else was doing it but they have pulled out at the last min due to back problems so they phoned me and asked me to do it instead. Fingers crossed its a good one, think ive actually got the weather on my side for a change to!!! x

Taking a few days to just relax a bit and clean my house up then back next week with avengance!!! Would be great to get a voucher for the gala in Jan but at this stage i dont think i'll be able to make it.My best mate is coming over from Australia over xmas and fly's out on 13th Jan at 10.30pm so its going to be a hard decision as to wether to go or not, will have to have a think about it and a chat to my mate.
Might have a babysitter now for Saturday but will know for def by tonight so will let you know Emily. Anyway i've got a load of presents to find homes for (tayla got way to much yesterday!!) and a very messy house so better get on with it all. Everyone's said it all already but I have to say my bit too!!! I never did all of my flying start and only got into exec for the first time 2 years ago (I've been with usborne 6 years). Although Exec is brill it really isn't a mark of greatness so don't feel disheartened. The building and maintaining of a successful team shows greatness and will get you further than Exec ever could!!! As Amanda said,concentrate now on recruiting. Maybe aim for enough sales this month to get money off your gala ticket and build your team to make it onto TL Express. Good luck and as Caroline said you have lots of support so just shout if you need a shoulder!!

Don't be too hard on yourself Elaine. You have done so well and have worked really hard. It's a shame you didn't make it because you really deserve to with all the effort you have put in. Like Emily said, the summer does seem to have been slow, I think most of us found August a bit hard going but it's the xmas season coming up and children's book week in October so there is no reason why all of us can't do really well.
Think about building your team up and do your team Leader express and get into Exec for next season. After all, it's a 6 month season so that will be a great first taste of Exec.

I only ever did my step 1 and it never stopped me. I think you have done fab, I just think it has been a really slow summer. So think about growing your business and your team. Make a plan and speak to Amanada, she will help get on track. You got the up and go, which is more than some, so you will do well. As for Saturday I will ring you latter. Dont worry, theres lots of other ways to get to the top. I got to team leader but when I was on my team leader express I didnt recruit, so I have to go the long way around. Dont let anything put you down. On ward and upwards that what I say. We all make it in the end, we are all different and do things different ways.
So chin up girl you can do it, I know you can. Theres loads of people that are here to support.

Arghhhhh its official, i'm not gonna make my flying start 3 or 4. I'm so annoyed as i'm sure if i'd of really pushed i could of at least got fs3 but with everything that's gone on lately i've just not had any motivation. Anyone fancy putting through an £1150 order and giving me a recruit in the next hour and a half?? lol
I'm really struggling to get a babysitter for the Bromley job on Saturday to, dont know what to do as it dosent seem like the sort of job i can take the kids along to but its such a good opportunity to so i'm really getting stressed at the mo.Have got a few more people to ask but really not sure how i'm gonna go so i'll have to report back. xx
