Must be good if he likes your roasties as much as his mum's!
I was thinking Lasagne too, especially as my living room is covered in cookbooks and I can't find anything to cook!
Thanks for the suggestion!

Hi Nadia,
Welcome to the Forum! Good to know you are still about!
What about lasagne? That's always an easy one that tastes yum-especially with some nice crunchy veg and 'posh' tear n share bread-garlic or sun dried tomato etc!
Not a domestic goddess here but I do a mean roast after lots of practice-hubby says my potatoes are on a par with in-law!!

Hello!

I also thought I'd put a message on following Becky's email! I tried to register but I think I did something wrong but I have succeeded at the second attempt!

I have a question to ask that is not Usborne related! I have invited my mum to my house for Mothers day this year, I don't want to do a roast because it will never be as good as my mums! Does another have a surefire recipe idea that will impress but make me look like a domestic goddess??

Now that is totally non Usborne!

Have to go now as my son is demanding I can his nappy - lovely!
