Am I ordering this the wrong way - it wont work!

I think that's just a printing error in the Primary catalogue. It is a large hard back book so £7.99 is the correct price. If it was me I would offer customer £5.99 as a gesture of good will (unless she's happy to pay £7.99 as it is a larger book)-then make sure you change it in your copies of the catalogue!
Bit of a nuisance though. Maybe email head office too to let them know?

Am I doing something wrong? Someone wants to buy the essential atlas, code 05851, and it comes up as £7.99. They are a teacher and are ordering from the primary school catalogue and it says it is £5.99. When looking at the main catalogue and online however, a different price of £7.99 is indeed quoted. Why is the primary catalogue price lower, it is hte same code and everything - so how do i get this price?
