QUESTION ON WBD TOKENS

We accept them up until 30th April so quite a long time (so make the most of it). I am pretty sure that the office will be ok with the kids writing their names on them but it might be worth just e mailing the office to double check.

can we collect tokens children have written their name on? or these void as defaced as they say.

when can we accept BT's til ?

Can i just remind you all that any book tokens you accepted need to be sent in to the office at the beginning of may. No paperwork just a slip of paper with your Organiser number and details on it so they can tally up their records.

When you have put in all your order lines put the code WBD in the box at the top and it will display World Book Day tokens. Enter the amount you have and it will deduct from your totals. Commission worked out after tokens taken off!!

I have just put through an order and I expected that there would be somewhere to lodge book tokens but nothing came up. Can anyone out there let me know how I put the tokens through?
