hope it wasn't me! Seriously, having discussed 'areas' with my new recruit I think that within out teams it will be a good idea to have some kind of system and I will certainly be working on one with my girls (obviously we can't do anything about other team groupings) but there is a problem of shooting yourself in the foot if you make it too rigid in that you won't be able to recruit in certain areas if your not careful.

I would be interested in what you have to say having discussed it with the boss

I will be talking to Becky tonight about are own allocation system for schools. I am not impressed, some one has been in touch with one off my schools. I think it will be down to team leaders to check that the schools every one allocates themselves is being worked. We are a TEAM, new rules will have to be but in place A.S.A.P.Not happy. Love Emily.
